These Terms of Service govern your use of aliancetransport.com and any move booked with Aliance Transportation Services (“we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & Estimates

Estimates provided by phone, email, or through our online form are non-binding until confirmed in writing after an in-home or virtual walkthrough. Local moves are billed hourly at the published crew rates; long-distance, piano, and commercial jobs are quoted individually based on inventory, distance, and access.

Deposits & Cancellation

A $200 refundable deposit holds your move date and crew size. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move receive a full refund; cancellations inside that window forfeit the deposit to cover the crew time reserved for you.

Liability & Valuation Coverage

Our trucks carry cargo coverage up to $1,000,000. Claims must be reported in writing within the timeframe stated on your bill of lading.
